It was the best possible and great location close to a great restaurant in Gstaad Palace and Rougemont, Gstaad, Saanen area. Our standard king room was beautifully decorated with mountain view. The staff was incredibly nice and supper friendly and provided accommodating service.

Cozy standard king room with super comfy beds 🛏️. the hotel is situated in a stunning location in the mountains - so beautiful! If you fancy a cup of tea or coffee, check out the nearby Bellagio Patisserie.

The first impression from the outside as well as in the entrance was very nice. Cleanliness is good.
Poor parking facilities. The check-in was only occupied by one person and therefore a very long waiting time. Generally bad service in the whole hotel complex. No ventilation in the toilet!
